Coeur de Muscat - Muscat Saint Jean Minervois: aromas of tropical fruit, lychee & fresh grapes. Enjoy as an aperitif, with foie gras or a red fruit charlotte.
Domaine de Courtal - Fitou: intense red fruit, vanilla & spice. Long & complex with soft tannin. Pair with roasted meats, poultry and strong cheeses.
Chateau Seigneurie Murviel - Landuedoc: aromas of wild berries, liquorice and spices. Long finish with smooth tannin. Pair with cold cuts, red meats, roasted pork cooked with rosemary and potatoes or cheeses like Morbier.
Chateau Avalon - Corbieres: ripe red fruits & spice with a keen attack and velvety structure. Serve with grilled meat, roast beef or pork, salads, Mediterranean cuisine, Daube à la provençale.
