The Raclette Set @ $39+ per guest (min. 2) & Raclette Machine is now available for takeaways at Cheese Bar (Frankel Ave).
WHAT DOES THE SET INCLUDE?
The Set comes with Raclette cheese (500g), cold cut platter (200g) consisting of cooked ham, bresaola, rosette and Serrano Ham, served with boiled potatoes, mesclun salad, a bread basket and condiments.
*Please note that portions of the entire set mentioned are meant for 2-pax, top-ups at $39.00+ per guest are required to increase the portions accordingly.
Raclette is a popular cheese, originating from Savoie in the French Alps. Heating brings out the best of this fruity, nutty, mildly pungent cheese. Pairs well with a bottle of Apremont, Savoie; a wine appellation from the same region brings out the flavours of this traditional dish. Pick up a bottle at our retail space for just $40 for a wine and cheese dining experience!

As there is a limited number of Raclette Machines available for takeaway per day, please contact Cheese Bar (Frankel Ave) via 6242 2029 or frankel@wineconnection.com to check the availability on your preferred date!

Upon arriving to purchase the takeaway set, a refundable deposit of $100 is required for the Raclette machine. You will be required to fill in a form for the rental of the Raclette machine but not to worry, our friendly staff will explain and guide you through the process.

Return the Raclette machine to Cheese Bar (Frankel Ave) before 3pm the following day, in good condition, and the deposit of $100 will be returned.
RACLETTE MACHINE SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Ensure that you have the items listed in the full list below:
- Raclette Machine
- Cable
- 2 Pans
- A Cheese Hook
STEP 2
Place the hook with raclette cheese on the machine screw
(As seen in the photograph).
STEP 3
Ensure that the hook is in place properly.
STEP 4
Fix the cable. Ensure your plug is turned on.
STEP 5
You will see a heat light on the machine.
The raclette will take 5-10 minutes approximately to start melting the cheese.
Heat settings and an on/off switch are available to assist you in adjusting the melting process to how you would like it.
