Citric and pale colour. Fruity fragrance with smooth marks of tropical fruits. Slightly acidic but fresh on the mouth. The end is smoothly sweet.
Ideal on its own or to accompany fish, pasta, salads and seafood dishes. The ideal serving temperature is between 6-7 oC.
