Vineyard Info

The terroir of Berlou, an exceptional vineyard of 1460 plots, nested in the Regional Natural Park of Haut-Languedoc confers a privileged situation. This Saint-Chinian comes from steep slopes extremely well exposed, enjoying a micro climate, a short size mandatory, and a manual harvest. The very low natural yield of grapes is due to the extreme conditions of this terroir.

The Vellas Vineyards, a family story that began 4 generations ago in the heart of the Languedoc appellations. The main family property, the Mas du Pont Estate, the center of our activities, is a place of culture and traditions, around the vineyard, wine, gastronomy and the bulls.
