Vineyard Info

Grown with the espallier training system, the vineyards are located in the Southern part of Puglia, called Salento. Manduria is also the name of a little town in the Salento area. The soil has a medium consistency and has a base of calcareous tuff. Mild winters with little rain. Hot summers with lack of rain but a good ventilation. Irrigation is often needed.
