This Cuvee, with its unique velvety label, boasts the exceptional quality of Languedoc wines, authentic and noble: ripe fruits of blackberry and cassis with some notes of honey on the nose, violet and pepper in retro-olfaction. Balanced with ripe and silky tannins with chalky-minerality in the mouth.

The vineyards are located in Faugères, in the vast forest of scrubland, an ecological niche of holm oaks and cork. The vineyard, planted more than 80% on hillsides. Poor soils for stressing vines, with schist, limestone and volcanic rock.
