Critique Review
This is a little jammy with lots of ripe-berry and light raisin character. It’s full-bodied, dense and tannic with intense fruit. Slightly overdone, but interesting at the same time. Drink after 2022.

Vineyard Info
Located on the right bank of the Gironde, Château du Bois Chantant has an exceptional terroir. The vineyard covers 44 hectares and some vines are more than 20 years. The soil composition is made from silty, clayey, sandy soil. Certain plots are allowed to lie fallow in order to maintain ecological reservoir zones. This ancient technique offers a two-fold advantage in so much that it allows the development of the biodiversity whilst at the same time favouring a reduction in the use of fertilizers. We also observe the vine closely so that we only need to apply the treamtents which are strictly necessary.
