The grapes are collected at good maturity and vinified traditionally giving this unique grape variety, 100% Pinot Noir, the opportunity to extract the best of its fruit. Ideally served at a temperature of 9°C, this light-coloured festive rosé reveals an intense nose of fresh red fruit with playful candy notes. Its lively and elegant mouth completes this fun attack!
