This wine is a product of total elegance that comes from a wise use of the traditional Ripasso technique which allows it to preserve and develop its natural qualities of pleasantness and structure longer in time. A nice overall balance makes it particularly drinkable with a modern and sinuous style. Ideal for meat appetizers and cheeses with average aromatic or spicy character. Excellent with raw meat, sliced beef and classical red meat steaks.
