Château Grand-Jauga reveals a beautiful golden color, with notes of ripe stone fruit, exotic fruits & honey. The palate is rich and full with pineapple and mango flowers. The finish is long and fresh. Good ageing potential.
Fun fact! Sauternes is made thanks to "botrytis", a noble rot mushroom that dries up the grape on the vine, concentrating its sugar and creating rich, delicious sweet wines.
How to pair it
- Meat It goes nicely at the aperitif and also with poultry and white meat. Enjoy on foie gras.

The Château, which today has 35 hectares in Sauternes and 12 hectares in Graves, has never stopped to reinvent itself in order to progress. The plots are located on the very qualitative terroir of Haut-Barsac, some nearby Château Climens. The clay and limestone soils and hard rocks subsoil offer elegant and fresh wines.
