This Limited Edition for the Lunar New Year of the Rabbit, has been created by the RAPENEAU family to pay tribute to the rich and diverse Asian Culture.
High level of craftsmanship, and unusual lower sugar level (6grs/L) has been brought by our winemaker, Mr. Christophe RAPENEAU, to successfully blend the Chardonnay and Pinots grapes in its best expression. A golden yellow colour with an elegant effervescense, the nose is elegant, with yellow fruit notes of peach apricot, a mineral touch and a hint of spice. The palate is gourmet with stewed fruits, the finish is expressive with citrus zest.

First winemakers of Champagne. Of the 319 villages, or crus, they are present in 52 of them. This is a considerable advantage for both the diversity of soils but also to ensure the authenticity of the house and continuity of style of Ernest Rapeneau.
Ernest Rapeneau founded his champagne and wine business in 1901 in the village of Hautvillers, the cradle of champagne. However, it was not until 1927, when the viticultural boundaries of Champagne were fixed, that Ernest began to specialise in the champagne trade. The Rapeneau family philosophy is an uncompromising commitment to honoring and continuing our vineyard and winemaking traditions. Our family's 4th generation's goal is to build on this heritage, serving our reputation as a top champagne family owned estate.
