Meanwhile, we'd like to assure you that we commit to everyone’s health and well-being. Daily measures have been taken to safeguard both guests and employees.
These are the steps we are taking daily:
- Cleaning and Disinfection
Mandatory cleaning and regular disinfection of frequently-touched surfaces are conducted in all guest service and common areas, including toilets, cashier areas and delivery pick-up points. Tables are sanitised with a professional sanitiser specific for food contact surfaces and specific cloth each time a customer leaves.
- Personal Hygiene and Regular Testing
We have strict SOPs in place for our employees to practice good personal hygiene and conduct regular COVID-19 tests in compliance with MOH guidelines.
- Mask Up
It is mandatory for all customers, visitors and employees to have their masks on at all times, except when they are eating or drinking.
- Physical Distancing
We have complied with MOH's regulations and reconfigured our table arrangements to accommodate 1-meter safe distancing at all times. Our employees are advised to avoid physical contact too.
- Regular Hand Sanitising
Hand sanitisers are placed in convenient locations in every restaurant for customers’ and employees' use. Use of hand sanitisers is encouraged with all customers, employees, delivery riders, and suppliers at entrances upon arrival.
- Contactless Menu
Digital menus have been in place for a contactless experience. Each table is equipped with a QR code for you to scan and browse our digital menu through your mobile phone.
