How to pair it

This wine is enjoyed alongside a classic from Rioja cuisine, milk-fed lamb chops, which we grill over dried vine shoots. We also call this our “fireplace wine”, it can be slowly enjoyed on its own, with a cheese platter or Iberian hams.

    Very smooth!

Very smooth! Recommended by Hillview branch staff. It was on dine-in promo with Father's Day platter. Very smooth, medium body and has a pleasant fruity note. Very enjoyable red wine!

    Good

Aromatic intensity on the nose with notes of ripe fruit and a smoky and vanilla complexity. The palate is silky soft with hints of wild herbs, spice and toasted tones.
